Subject and scope<\/b><\/h4>\n

Any training order implies the Client's unreserved acceptance and full adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale, which prevail over any other document from the Client, and in particular over any general terms and conditions of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

Contractual documents<\/b><\/h4>\n

OGEC SAINT G\u00c9RAUD ENFANT JESUS<\/span> sends the Client a continuing vocational training agreement established in accordance with Articles L6353-1 and L6353-2 of the Labor Code. The Client undertakes to return it as soon as possible to <\/span>OGEC SAINT G\u00c9RAUD ENFANT JESUS<\/span> a signed copy bearing its commercial stamp. A certificate of attendance can be sent to the Client upon request.<\/span><\/p>\n

Definition of the training activity<\/b><\/h4>\n

The subcontracted training activity includes conducting face-to-face instruction before an audience of participants who have signed a training agreement with the client. This instruction may consist of theoretical and practical teaching and include an assessment of acquired knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Training conditions<\/b>
<\/b><\/h4>\n

The specific conditions for carrying out each training activity are detailed in the training program and the summons sent to the beneficiaries before the start of the service.<\/span><\/p>\n

These documents specify in particular the dates, times, duration, location, and conditions for completing the training, as well as, where applicable, the necessary equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The beneficiaries are informed of the reception, support, monitoring, and evaluation procedures applicable to the training.<\/span><\/p>\n

Accessibility for people with disabilities<\/b><\/h4>\n

Individuals with disabilities or those requiring special accommodations are invited to report their needs prior to the training. Needs are reviewed to identify pedagogical, material, or organizational adaptations that can be implemented. The disability officer at Saint G\u00e9raud Formations can be contacted for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial conditions<\/b><\/h4>\n

The client is invoiced after the service is rendered. The invoice is payable in full 15 days after invoicing. A deposit may be requested by the training organization upon signing the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Training materials<\/b><\/h4>\n

OGEC SAINT G\u00c9RAUD ENFANT JESUS <\/span>will deliver paper or digital media if applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pricing and regulations<\/b><\/h4>\n

All our prices are indicated in euros and excluding tax. They are subject to VAT at the current rate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any training that has begun is due in full.<\/span><\/p>\n

Invoices are payable in euros, 15 days from the invoice date, without discount, and made out to <\/span>OGEC SAINT G\u00c9RAUD ENFANT JESUS<\/span>. Any amount not paid by the due date shall give rise to the payment by the Customer of late payment penalties at the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank. These penalties shall become payable automatically upon receipt of the notice informing the Customer that they have been debited to their account.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the penalties applied in the event of late payment, the Client shall be liable for a fixed recovery fee of \u20ac40 in accordance with Articles L441-6 of the French Commercial Code and D. 441-5. <\/span>OGEC SAINT G\u00c9RAUD ENFANT JESUS<\/span> nevertheless reserves the right to claim additional compensation, upon justification, when the costs actually incurred are higher than this amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment by an OPCO<\/b><\/h4>\n

If the Client wishes for payment to be issued by the OPCO to which they report, it is their responsibility:<\/span><\/p>\n
