Why this training?
Generative artificial intelligence is increasingly present in professional practices. However, mastering it is not simply a matter of producing faster: it requires developing a genuine skill, based on thoughtful, critical use adapted to one's business expertise.
This training aims to evolve practices towards a deliberate use of AI intentional, instrumented and progressive.
Training Objectives
Upon completion of the training, the participant will be able to view AI mastery as a professional skill and build a structured personal approach to develop it.
Understand
Identify the valuation of AI skills on the market, understand the criteria for deliberate practice, and know the main cognitive risks associated with unthoughtful use.
Build
Develop a six-month personal deliberate practice plan: specific objectives, routine, feedback system, prompt journal, and measurable milestones.
Adopt a critical stance
Consider AI as a skill requiring personal investment, questioning its outputs and valuing one's business expertise as a differentiating factor.
