SG Factory - Lycée St Géraud

SG Factory

Under the heading SG Factory, productions combining graphic arts and contemporary music are grouped.

Mostly originating from vocational programs, SG Factory's projects are part of an educational approach initiated in 2003. That year was marked by a major undertaking focused on Bashung, who was then an artist in residence at La Coopérative de Mai in Clermont-Ferrand. …

Beyond the Coopérative de Mai, other partnerships have been created over the years, in the region and beyond: Municipal Theater of Aurillac, Hibernarock festival (Cantal), Europavox festival (Clermont-Ferrand), but also the Electric Honey label in Glasgow (!), as part of Erasmus projects which regularly bring teachers and students to Scotland.

After a beautiful series of illustrated books and video clips, it is now screen printing that mobilizes most of SG Factory's energy, as evidenced by the Facebook page affiliated with this small business (which, as everyone knows, is not going through a crisis...).
