The Association of Textile Design Students
Created (initially by the BTS Textile program) in 2017, CONTRE_FAÇON is now the association for DN MADE Materials students.
It allows students to organize professional and cultural events and workshops, carried out within the framework of studios where creative work and exhibitions take place.
Thus, a lasting collaboration with the Museum of Art and Archaeology of Aurillac allows the creation of contemporary textile pieces in resonance with the thematic exhibitions of this place. This work offers a current perspective in dialogue with the museum pieces, during the last fifteen days of the exhibition (see photo Pary, paperolles).
It also offers the possibility of educational and cultural trips in France and Europe (meetings with artisans, visits to museums and textile heritage institutions), workshops on know-how and its learning, and participation in arts and crafts fairs, Première Vision, and others related to their professional field.
