Cultural Hub

A modern, open, and innovative space.

The Saint-Géraud High School Cultural Hub, inaugurated in 2025, marks a turning point for culture and education in Aurillac. 

Designed as a place for learning, experimentation, and sharing, it meets the needs of students in applied arts, design, and communication, while also offering an open space for the general public.

 Its strengths:

  • One 120-seat multipurpose amphitheater for conferences, screenings, and cultural events,

  • Three creative workshops dedicated to digital, audiovisual, screen printing practices, and design experiments,

  • One Exhibition hall promoting the development of artistic projects,

  • A space designed to inspire, share, and encourage collective innovation.

With more than 500 pupils and students Welcoming visitors each year and influencing 50 departments, the Cultural Hub embodies a new dynamic, open to the region and focused on creation.

An open space for the territory and its partners

The Cultural Hub is part of a process cooperation with major cultural players from the region: Aurillac Museums, Le Parapluie, Éclat, Coopérative de Mai in Clermont-Ferrand, etc. 

These collaborations enrich the educational offering, promote innovation, and allow young people to access unprecedented experiences.

Rent the Cultural Center

Beyond its educational mission, the Saint-Géraud High School Cultural Center is available for rent to host your events:

  • Live shows, concerts, and performances,

  • Conferences, symposiums, screenings, seminars,

  • Exhibitions and artistic residencies,

  • Association or institutional meetings and demonstrations.

With its equipped amphitheater (sound, lighting, projection), its workshops, and its modular spaces, the Cultural Center is the ideal place to bring your projects to life.
