Account Manager Training
The Account Manager is responsible for one or more client accounts. Their objective is to bridge the gap between the client's needs and their own teams.
This profession is present in many sectors such as finance, distribution, real estate, technology, beauty, luxury, as well as many others. The digital account manager can practice their profession in an agency, on their own, or within the digital department of various companies.
To reach this position, a Master's degree (BAC+5) in management or the desired field of expertise is generally required, but many get into this role with extensive experience as a developer or web marketer in the digital world, for example.
Its missions
Their role involves developing a digital development strategy that aligns with the client's needs and ensures consistency between customer experience, brand image, positioning, and targeting. They may be required to manage several teams of Developers, Traffic Managers, Graphic Designers, etc., thus acting as a liaison between these different sectors to successfully complete the digital project. They are responsible for the project's progress and must be able to analyze and measure the actions taken in order to report to their superiors or clients.
Required skills
This position is both very stimulating and demanding. It is mandatory to possess or develop negotiation and communication skills in order to establish an easy and clear relationship between agency and client. It is also necessary to be organized and flexible to manage the digital project properly.
Being an Account Manager also requires basic knowledge in all digital areas to best manage your teams and to be able to establish a strategy that takes into account as many parameters as possible.

An Account Manager can earn approximately 33,000 euros gross annually for an entry-level profile, or 55,000 euros gross annually for an experienced profile.
