Its missions
Your main tasks involve creating and publishing content to build a close relationship between the brand and its customers. Your goal is to gather and engage a community to increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty. Through your posts on social media (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...) and professional networks (LinkedIn...), you will be responsible for sharing the company's values and ensuring the development of its image.
Its actions involve defining a communication strategy (channel selection, competitive analysis, positioning, etc.) to convey the right message at the right time. Its ultimate goal: acquire new prospects, transform them into customers, and then into loyal customers.
Required skills
The Community Manager position requires creativity and dynamism to produce innovative publications and events. A background in marketing/communication strategy is a real plus. Proficiency in social media operation and editing tools will also be very important.
It is possible to obtain this position after a Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary degree) although hiring trends in the information/communication sector require a Bac+3 (3-year post-secondary degree).

The salary of a Community Manager also varies according to experience and the company for which you are contracted. On the other hand, you can estimate an annual gross salary ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 euros.
