Evaluation procedures
Skills are assessed through certification exams organized throughout the training program and at its end. The assessment is based in particular on:
- Simulated professional situation (group work on a fictional project)
- Serious game in the form of a communication challenge
- Fictional professional case study
- Skills report with skills sheets and a communication plan project
Title validation conditions
- The candidate must have completed at least 80% of the in-person training (including all modules)
- The candidate must have completed the company immersion period.
- The candidate must attend all of their certifying evaluations (unless a valid justification is provided).
- The candidate must: meet 75% of the criteria in the assessment framework for each of the certification exams
- The trials do not compensate for each other
Catch-up modalities
The first certification jury will meet in July. This jury will identify candidates admitted to certification, eliminated, or subject to make-up exams. The PARTNER will organize the make-up exams and transmit the updated results for the October certification jury according to the procedure provided.
The specific catch-up conditions:
- The catch-up session is organized at the end of the total training period.
- The candidate must have completed at least 80% hours of training (except in special cases subject to management’s decision and in agreement with the CERTIFYING BODY)
- The candidate must have attended all certification assessments (except for justified absences).
- The formats and modalities of the make-up exams remain the same as the initial assessments. For exams that were originally group-based, an individual demonstration of skills will be expected.
- The makeup exam results cancel and replace the previous ones
- A candidate may only participate once in the make-up session
- Attention: Access to the catch-up session is only granted in case of partial failure or justified absence due to a real and serious cause (subject to validation by the certification board).
